Fourteen Twenty is looking for a dedicated and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations and help our team thrive.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
ï‚· Knowledge and familiarity with cocktail, beer, wine, food and bar equipment.
ï‚· Legal compliance; understanding of liquor laws and safety standards.
ï‚· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
ï‚· Flexibility; availability for night shifts, weekends and holidays.
ï‚· Time management; ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
ï‚· Ability to handle high pressure situations with professionalism.
ï‚· Strong leadership skills, conflict resolution skills.
ï‚· Problem solving; ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
ï‚· Must have at least a Diploma or Certification in Hospitality.
ï‚· Training in food Safety and Hygiene Certification
ï‚· Proven experience of at least 5 years and 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality sector.
ï‚· Age 25 years to 35 years.
