Supervisor job at Chicken Tonight

Job Purpose:

To assist the Branch Manager in executing the daily shift plan. The Supervisor ensures that the floor runs smoothly, customers are served promptly, and team members adhere to Chicken Tonight standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift Management: Assign duties to waiters, cashiers, and kitchen porters at the start of each shift.
• Quality Assurance: Check food plating, portion sizes, and table setup before service.
• Inventory: Conduct spot checks on stock levels; report shortages to the Manager.
• Staff Coaching: Train new hires on menu knowledge and till operations.
• Cash Up: Assist in reconciling cash floats and end-of-day sales reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in fast-paced dining or fast food.
• Basic math skills for cash reconciliation.
