Job Description

• Supervise and allocate duties to casual staff
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and to standard
• Monitor attendance and performance of casual workers
• Report any issues, incidents, or staffing needs to the Property Manager
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and operational guidelines

Job Requirements

• Certificate or diploma in a relevant field
• At least 2 years’ experience supervising casual or support staff
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
