Pazel Conroy Consulting Limited is a Ugandan-based consulting firm providing project management, monitoring, and evaluation services for development programmes, projects, and institutions in the public, private, and NGO sectors. Other services include strategy, institutional development, specialized studies, and research across sectors such as education, agriculture, economic empowerment, health, environment and climate change, youth, gender and inclusion, among others.

In undertaking our work across the African continent, we collaborate with experts in different sectors on a shortterm contract basis (associate consultants). As such, we are updating our roster of experts with whom we will work.

Responsibilities or duties

Facilitate strategic planning processes, conduct organizational diagnostics, design turnaround and reform strategies, support change management, and provide advisory services on institutional restructuring and performance improvement.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

You should be qualified in the fields below:

Experience needed

The preferred candidates should possess at least a master's degree and more than five years of professional experience in any of the following sectors.

• Facilitate strategic planning processes
• Conduct organizational diagnostics
• Design turnaround and reform strategies
• Support change management
• Provide advisory services on institutional restructuring and performance improvement

• Master's degree
• More than five years of professional experience in any of the following sectors: education, agriculture, economic empowerment, health, environment and climate change, youth, gender and inclusion.
