Job Purpose:

• Lead business development initiatives, including proposal writing, grant acquisition, and donor engagement.
• Diversify JMS’s business portfolio and improve funding opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to drive growth and new initiatives.

• Develop and implement a business plan for consultancy services.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Capacity Building, and HR departments.
