DEPARTMENT: Stores Reports TO: Supply Chain Manager Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems.
- Basic budgeting and cost control skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and interpret operational data.
- Understanding of store systems, processes, and stock reconciliation.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records and ensure system alignment.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Clear and practical communication with staff and management.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with sales, supply chain, and other departments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage teams and resolve
- Ability to provide guidance, feedback, and instruction to staff.
Competencies - Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Practical problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to manage multiple store operations and priorities.
- Attention to detail in stock accuracy and store organization.

Educational Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics.
- Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Additional training in inventory management or warehouse operations is an added advantage.
Work Experience - Minimum of 4-6 yearsâ experience in stores, inventory, or warehouse management.
- Experience supervising store or warehouse staff is required.
- Experience in a retail, commercial, or distribution environment is preferred.
- Experience managing multiple store locations or branches is an added advantage.
