This role requires strong stock reconciliation skills, attention to detail, and an in-depth understanding of various manufacturing items. The ideal candidate is independent, professional, and committed to maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Inventory Control - Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring accurate tracking of all stock movements.
- Receive, verify, and record incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders.
- Issue materials and components as per production requirements, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
Stock Management - Maintain optimal inventory levels and flag reordering needs.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Identify and report stock variances, damages, or expired items, and take corrective actions.
System & Reporting - Update inventory records in the ERP or manual system accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and submit stock reports, usage summaries, and variance analysis to management.
- Ensure documentation for all stock transactions is complete, accurate, and filed correctly.
Compliance & Housekeeping - Maintain proper storage practices to ensure safety, quality, and organization.
- Follow and enforce company procedures related to inventory handling and safety.
- Support audit processes by providing accurate and timely stock data.
Requirements Requirements - Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree in Stores Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing materials and item classifications.
- Excellent understanding of stock reconciliation processes.
- Familiar with inventory management systems or ERP software.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Independent, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
