JOB PURPOSE

Manage warehouse operations through effective inventory control, stock accuracy, warehouse safety, and timely coordination of goods receipt, storage, and dispatch to support business operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or store management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory record management.
• Good English communication and reporting skills.
• Strong data entry and stock reconciliation abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
• Ensure proper storage practices and adherence to FIFO principles.
• Coordinate receiving, loading, offloading, and dispatch of goods.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
