The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving operational efficiency and meeting business performance targets. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily store operations and supervise store staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate inventory and sales records.
- Implement merchandising and stock control procedures.
- Prepare operational and inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Support business growth through effective store management.
Qualifications and Experience: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in retail or store management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
