The successful candidate will oversee daily spa activities, drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure the highest standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa and wellness facilities.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of therapists and support staff.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic promotions and upselling.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and procurement of spa products and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Maintain and optimize the spa booking system and appointment schedules.
- Develop and implement service standards to enhance guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor industry trends and introduce new treatments and services.
- Prepare and present operational and financial reports to management.
Requirements: - 3â5 years of experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or customer service management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in sales, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, hygiene standards, and booking systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
