Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for guests and staff
- Collaborate on menu planning, emphasizing fresh, locally sourced, and organic ingredients
- Supervise and train kitchen staff as required, ensuring a cohesive and professional working environment
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene
- Adapt recipes and meal planning to accommodate dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive meals
Candidate Profile: - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, preferably within hospitality, wellness, or retreat settings
- Strong culinary skills with an interest in health-conscious, plant-forward cuisine
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Calm and professional demeanor, especially under pressure
- Relevant certifications/ Training required
