They will step in for the Head Chef in their absence. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and food costing.
- Supervise food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Train and mentor kitchen team members on techniques and standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
- Enforce hygiene and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Experience: - Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and food costing.
