Scale: WTM 7 L

Reports to: Production Manager

Responsible for: Audio Engineers, Assistants, and Sound Crew

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate audio equipment for recording and live productions.
• Mix and edit sound for optimal clarity and quality.
• Troubleshoot sound issues and ensure seamless audio-visual synchronization.
• Maintain and upgrade sound equipment as needed.
• Work closely with the production team to achieve the desired audio output.
• Ensure compliance with sound regulations and technical standards.

Person Specification:

1. Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering, Sound Design, or a related field.
• Certification in sound mixing and production software is an added advantage.

2. Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in sound engineering or live audio production.
• Experience with mixing consoles, microphones, and digital sound processing tools.

• Ability to work in high-pressure environments.

B. Business & Operational Competencies

• Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools).
• Strong understanding of acoustics and sound equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
