The Sonographer will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations and produce accurate imaging results to support clinicians in the diagnosis and management of patients. Key Responsibilities - Perform ultrasound examinations according to clinical requests.
- Prepare patients and explain procedures clearly before examinations.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment appropriately.
- Obtain high-quality diagnostic images using appropriate techniques.
- Identify and document relevant findings within the scope of practice.
- Prepare and maintain accurate examination records and reports.
- Ensure patient privacy, comfort, and confidentiality throughout procedures.
- Follow radiation-free imaging, infection prevention, and equipment-safety protocols.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report faults promptly.
- Work closely with clinicians and other diagnostic staff.
Qualifications & Requirements - Diploma in Medical Sonography/Ultrasound or a related recognized qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Registration with the relevant professional council and a valid practising licence where applicable.
- Good technical knowledge of ultrasound procedures and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent patient-care and communication skills.
 - Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Must be registered with the relevant professional councils.
