The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, installing, and maintaining solar PV systems, and must be comfortable leading or supporting on-site installations. Key Responsibilities - Design and size solar PV and battery-storage systems
- Conduct site surveys, energy assessments, and system evaluations
- Install, test, and commission solar PV systems
- Troubleshoot system performance issues and perform maintenance
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and installation documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations
- Work closely with project managers and installation teams
Requirements - Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- 2+ years hands-on experience with solar PV installations
- Strong understanding of inverters, charge controllers, and batteries
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and use design tools
- Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required
- Added advantage: EPRA certification or solar-specific training
