- Engage with followers, respond to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries.
- Host and coordinate TikTok and Instagram Live sessions.
- Create engaging content and support daily posting.
- Drive online engagement, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Monitor social media trends and track performance.
Requirements: - Proven experience in social media management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
- Creative, proactive, and familiar with current social media trends.
- Basic content creation and video editing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
