The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic designing using Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva and be able to post content across all major social media platforms. Key Responsibilities - Create and post engaging content on all social media platforms.
- Design visually appealing graphics, posters, flyers and other digital assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva and other designing tools.
- Actively look for engagements and followers to grow company’s social media presence.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and follow-ups on social media.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations to the company on how to improve products/services.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Requirements Qualifications / Requirements - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field of work.
- At least a Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Ability to create engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, team payer and customer service skills.
- Should have passion for social media and graphic design.
- Analytical skills to interpret customer feedback and provide actionable recommendations
