What you will do The Social & Creative Specialist will manage Fidoâs social media presence in Uganda, shooting, and crafting engaging content that drives brand awareness and community engagement. This role requires a creative thinker who can develop innovative campaigns that resonate with Fidoâs target audience. Key Responsibilities: ⢠Manage Fidoâs social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and posting. ⢠Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive traffic to Fidoâs platforms. ⢠Collaborate with influencers and community leaders to create authentic and engaging content. ⢠Monitor social media trends, conversations, and customer sentiment to inform strategy. ⢠Design and execute contests, challenges, and interactive campaigns to build an active online community. ⢠Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. ⢠Stay updated on platform changes and implement best practices to optimize content delivery. Who you are Qualifications: ⢠Bachelorâs degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. ⢠3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. ⢠Creative skills in content creation (graphic design, short videos, captions). ⢠Strong knowledge of platforms like Capcut, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp. ⢠Excellent storytelling and community-building abilities.
