This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to contribute to our operations. - Oversee day-to-day mine site operations and worker discipline.
- Enforce strict HSE practices and mandatory PPE compliance.
- Manage site security and prevent material diversion/smuggling.
- Coordinate material weighing, bagging, and transfer to processing.
- Experience with artisanal mining & processing methods.
- Firm, assertive leadership to enforce site safety and integrity.
- Willingness to be based at a rural field site daily.
