- Manage operational budgets, site payments, and security controls.
- Provide daily production reports and commentary to senior executive.
REQUIREMENTS - Commercially minded operator comfortable owning targets & budgets.
- Strong loss-prevention mindset with high integrity.
- Proven ability to manage field teams and trader relationships.
