The ideal candidate will engage with customers, process sales, and ensure smooth shop operations. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome customers and assist them in finding the right products.
- Provide information on product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the shop.
- Assist in restocking and organizing shelves.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints.
- Keep records of daily sales and report to the shop owner/manager.
Qualifications & Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of electronic products and mobile devices.
- Honesty, reliability, and good organizational skills
