Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers with their purchases and inquiries.
- Arrange and display merchandise on shelves.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves as needed.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with receiving and checking incoming stock.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system (if applicable).
Requirements: - Honest, disciplined, and hardworking individual.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or a related field are an added advantage.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage.
