This role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance, operational risk mitigation, and the safety of all staff. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and institutionalize SHERQ policies and systems
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and accident investigations
- Promote a safety-first culture through training and compliance monitoring
- Ensure company-wide adherence to ISO and NEBOSH standards
- Serve as liaison with environmental, health, and safety regulators
Qualifications & Experience: - Relevant bachelor’s degree with NEBOSH certification
- Postgraduate qualification in OHSE
- At least 7 years’ experience in HSE, safety analysis, or logistics-related field
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management practices
