- Patch walls and partitions of tank;
- Replace damaged drain tile and repairs in underground piping;
- Withdraws cable to deposit accumulated residue removed from pipe in containers for disposal;
- Observes residue for evidence of mud, indicating broken sewer line and repairs accordingly;
- Dig out ruptured line and shallow sewers;
- Remove and replace broken tile section or pipe, using caulking compound and cement to form watertight joint;
- Replace or directs replacement of soil materials;
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by Supervisor
Required Qualifications Skills/Competences - Excellent people skills;
- Self-motivated
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude;
- Customer service skills.
Tenure of Appointment 4-year contract Age Limit APPLICANTS SHOULD NOT EXCEED FIFTY FIVE (55) YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION Remuneration PU15 - Repair septic tanks, sewer lines or drains;
