ITHUBA is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization in Africa within the exciting world of Lottery and Gaming. ITHUBA Uganda Limited was recently licensed to run the National Lottery on behalf of the Government of Uganda.
Job Summary: Â As a Lottery Field Agent /Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling lottery tickets and gaming products to potential customers. You will work closely with our marketing team to execute sales strategies and reach sales targets.
The job holder will actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell lottery tickets and gaming products, build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Commerce or any other related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in Sales and Distribution in a service industry.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of lottery games and the gaming industry will be an added advantage.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with driving experience of at least 1 year with ability to drive a manual vehicle. Ability to drive a manual car is a must.
- Must be able to speak the location local language
