Job Summary: Â The successful candidates shall be responsible for growing subscription sales volumes in order to generate revenue and achieve their business targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Aggressively grow subscription of hard copies and E-Paper business by conducting regular sales pitches to potential and existing clients.
- Ensure that payments are made before clients access the e- paper.
- Maintain and grow relationships with clients and follow up to resolve issues to the satisfaction of customers.
- Come up with partnership proposals for projects like NIE, EXCEL IN PLE and RAINBOW.
- Develop daily, weekly and monthly prospects of potential clients.
- Handle all customer complaints, give feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and growth of e-paper.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Academic: Bachelor’s Degree/ or a Diploma in Marketing or Business- related course or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: At least 2 years’ working experience as a sales person
