Key Responsibilities: - Manage repair intake, job card documentation, and technician assignments.
- Monitor daily operations, reports, and KPIs.
- Handle customer communication, updates, and after-service feedback.
- Oversee spare parts ordering, stock levels, and petty cash management.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of service staff.
Requirements: - Bachelorâs Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (6+ years) in service centre or technical operations management.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
