We looking for a SERVICE ADVISOR M/F based: Uganda
Job Purpose:
To ensure customer satisfaction through effectively identifying customer needs and communicating them to the workshop team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of customer needs and accurate job card preparation
Achieve set targets for service budget.
Achieve timely debt/cash outstanding collection from customers.
Responsible for ensuring that the service department contributes to customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer care & strengthening customer relationships for both existing customers and prospective clients.
Utilize the service appointment system to maximize the facility and manpower capacity as well as reduce the no-show rate
Provide clear cost estimates, monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of additional work done, changes to cost and completion times.
Ensure proper explanation of customer invoices in terms of all parts, labour, and lubricants & consumables charges.
Actively promote the services and benefits of the distributor service and parts departments to all customers.
Take all necessary actions to address, resolve & follow-up all customer complaints in the shortest possible time
Ensure that all customer vehicles are clean and ready according to the promised completion time
Ensure customers are regularly updated on their vehicle status
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related Course
At least two yearsâ experience in the automotive industry
Qualified driver with strong competence in manual and automatic transmission
Must have a valid driver's license.
