Job Summary To provide outstanding dining experiences through efficient food and beverage service while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Welcome and serve guests professionally.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve meals promptly.
- Monitor guest satisfaction.
- Recommend menu items.
- Process customer requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
- Observe food safety standards.
Qualifications - Certificate in Hospitality is an advantage.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
