Senior Nursing Officer position in the Administration Department, Medical Section, reporting to the Medical Superintendent.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination of nursing activities
• Sensitization & promotion of outreach programs
• Record management
• Training of subordinate staff
• Supervision
• Other duties

Qualifications or requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing/Midwifery or a Degree in Nursing Administration
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in nursing practice
• Additional qualification in Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) & PMTCT

Experience needed:

Minimum of three years at a supervisory or senior level in a reputable hospital or healthcare institution.
