Senior Monitoring And Evaluation Officer job at Public Service Commission

Background information about the job or company:

The incumbent will be responsible to the Principal Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for performing various duties related to setting up and maintaining Monitoring and Evaluation Systems, preparing reports, conducting performance management, collecting and analyzing data, designing evaluations, supporting planning and budgeting processes, and more.

Responsibilities or duties:

• Support setting up and maintaining Monitoring and Evaluation Systems
• Prepare monitoring and evaluation reports
• Conduct performance management and measurement
• Collect and analyze data on project performance
• Design and undertake evaluations of policies and projects
• Support planning and budgeting processes
• Support development of frameworks and tools
• Supervise M&E Officer
• Perform any other assigned duties

Qualifications or requirements:

• Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or related field
• Minimum of three years relevant working experience
