Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SM Business Strategy NPL to join our team at NPL a leading multimedia production house specializing in film, TV commercials, editing, events management, and home of Next Conference Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team to drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and maintain existing client relationships. Responsibilities: ⢠Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance our market position. ⢠Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making. ⢠Achieve revenue growth targets, including identifying and capitalizing on new revenue streams. ⢠Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. ⢠Lead and manage a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. ⢠Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including pitching for new clients and projects. ⢠Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and progress towards revenue targets ⢠Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders like partners, and suppliers. Requirements: 1. Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. 2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the media or entertainment industry. 3. Strong sales, marketing, and communication skills. Excellent leadership and team management skills. 4. Professional certifications in sales or marketing certifications preferred.
