Reports to: Dean, Faculty of Law
Academic Qualifications and Experience
- The candidate should have a PhD in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- S/he should have Master of Laws in either Commercial and corporate Law, Business Law, Environmental Law and Natural Resources, Alternative Dispute Resolution or International Law from a recognized institution.
- S/he should have a Bachelor of Laws from a recognized institution.
- S/he should have a minimum of four (4) years teaching experience and at least four (4) publications.
- S/he should have evidence of scholarship and research experience in the area.
- S/he should have evidence of engagements and recognition with the professional and other communities.
- PhD in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
