Senior Land Officer job at Public Service Commission

The incumbent will be responsible to the Principal Land Officer for providing legal and technical inputs on land management, supervising land administration functions, monitoring policy implementation, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Providing legal and technical inputs on land management
• Supervising land administration functions
• Monitoring policy implementation
• Rendering technical support for capacity building initiatives
• Arbitrating and reporting on land disputes
• Supervising record processing and updating
• Coordinating, planning, and budgeting for the Department
• Monitoring, supervising, and appraising subordinate staff
• Handling clients' complaints
• Performing any other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice

Experience needed:

Minimum of three (3) years working experience at Land Officer level in Government
