Key Responsibilities: - Implement and monitor human resource policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Coordinate recruitment, training, and capacity-building programs.
- Oversee staff welfare, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational policies.
- Handle staff grievances and disciplinary issues.
Minimum Qualifications: - A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (HR Option), Industrial Psychology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field is an added advantage.
- At least three years of experience in human resource management in a reputable organization.
Preferred Skills: - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.
