Senior Finance Officer job at Ecobrixs

Background

ECO BRIXS is hiring for a Senior Finance Officer on a contract basis from June to October.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure that the project implementation of finance, admin policies and procedure were followed since project inception.

Ensure complete documentation and accountability of financial transactions during the project period is well aligned and ready for audit.

Ensure an up to date Ecobrixx fixed asset registrar is maintained and in line with the in kind project contribution.

Ensure queries raised during spotchecks were addressed, transactions are supported and ready for audit.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in business related courses specialising in accounting and finance or statistics.

Strong experience in using quickbooks accounting package and excel.

Experience in handling large donor-funded projects and audits.
