Key Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare, and supervise the production of high-quality meals.
- Develop menus and ensure consistency in food presentation and taste.
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations.

- Monitor inventory, food costs, and kitchen supplies.
- Minimize food waste and maintain cost-effective kitchen operations.

- Collaborate with management to improve menu offerings and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience: - Certificate, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or Hospitality.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
