What you’ll do:

• Source, qualify, and convert opportunities into won, correctly documented business.
• Produce accurate, competitive proposals and quotations for clients.
• Service clients through the commercial journey and partner with internal teams to support renewal and retention.

What you bring:

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a commercial role.
• High self-reliance with the ability to manage your pipeline and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior buyers and partners.
• A highly collaborative mindset, ready to work as a strong team player across operations and finance.
• Added Advantage: Experience in the insurance sector.
