The role requires strong technical expertise in transaction advisory and financial modelling, alongside the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights that inform investment decisions and and long-term value creation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead and support transaction advisory engagements, including feasibility studies, project structuring, and due diligence.
- Develop, review, and optimize complex financial models for infrastructure projects.
- Conduct investment appraisals and scenario analysis, interpreting key metrics (IRR, NPV, DSCR) to inform decision-making.
- Prepare high-quality investment memoranda, lender presentations, and technical reports.
- Engage and coordinate with stakeholders including government entities, DFls, and private investors.
- Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery while supervising and mentoring junior team members
The ideal Candidate Should Have: - Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA) is required.
- 2-3 yearsâ experience in a consulting firm either in Transaction Services or Development Consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and report writing skills.
- Team player
