The role also involves supervising finance staff and coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
- Ensure timely monthly reconciliations, reporting, and statutory compliance
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records and accounting systems
- Supervise and support junior accounting staff
- Coordinate effectively with management, auditors, and external stakeholders
- Prepare financial reports, schedules, and management summaries
- Review books of accounts and ensure proper documentation
- Support automation initiatives and process improvements within finance operations
- Monitor expense tracking, payments, and cash flow activities
- Assist in budgeting and financial analysis
Key Requirements - Commerce Graduate / ACCA / CPA Level / CA Dropout with strong accounting experience
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience in handling teams and finance operations
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Tally, ERP systems, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Exposure to automation tools and process improvement is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
