Key Responsibilities: - Supervise, coordinate, and monitor security guards at assigned sites to ensure effective deployment and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct daily site inspections and ensure all security equipment and systems are operational.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on incidents, attendance, and operational matters.
- Train, mentor, and guide security guards to maintain high standards of discipline and performance.
Qualifications & Requirements: - Minimum of UCE; UACE or Diploma/Degree in any field is an added advantage.
- Previous supervisory experience in security operations is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Physically fit, disciplined, and able to work under minimal supervision.
