Security Guard Role Summary The Security Guard will be responsible for protecting the company's employees, visitors, property, equipment, and premises by maintaining a safe and secure working environment through effective surveillance and access control. Key Responsibilities - Guard company premises and assets against theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Control entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and report security risks.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and report suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, security incidents, and alarms.
- Maintain occurrence books and prepare incident reports.
- Enforce company security procedures and safety regulations.
- Assist during emergencies, evacuations, and investigations.
- Ensure company property is secure during and after working hours.
Qualifications - Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in security services is an added advantage.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- High level of honesty, discipline, and professionalism.
