The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring access, deterring incidents, and responding to emergencies. Job Description - Monitor premises through patrols, CCTV, and access control systems
- Control entry of tenants, visitors, vendors, and event guests
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
- Maintain incident logs and submit reports to the Operations Manager
- Provide security and crowd control during events
- Ensure adherence to company security procedures and policies
- Collaborate with local authorities in case of serious security breaches
Job Requirements - Certificate in security training or related field
- Experience as a security guard in residential or hospitality environments
- Physical fitness, vigilance, and integrity
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
