You will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, managing a diverse team of security professionals, and driving business growth in the region. Your key responsibilities are: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the companyâs security services in the country.
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to security operations.
- Implement best practices in security management and continuously improve operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and high performance within the team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their security needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion of services within the country.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to align business strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for the countryâs operations.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure cost-effective operations and maximize profitability while maintaining service quality.
- Assess security risks and threats in the operating environment and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular performance reviews to assess individual and team contributions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by implementing performance improvement plans where necessary and driving high-performance standards across all departments.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads to drive performance.
Job Requirements - A Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a senior management role within the private security industry.
- Possession of a masterâs degree is an added advantage
- Proficiency in financial management and budgetary oversight.
- The candidate must possess strong technological aptitude and adaptability to various systems.
