JOB DETAILS: Role Overview: The Secretary supports the Supervisory Committee by maintaining accurate records, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth operations of the committee. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain records of all supervisory committee meetings. • Support in preparing audit schedules, internal reports, and findings. • Assist in reviewing compliance and financial management policies. • Facilitate communication between the committee, Board, and SACCO management. • Ensure all reports are presented timely to the Board and AGM. Requirements: • Proven administrative and organizational skills. • Background in finance, governance, or audit. • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
