Responsibilities or duties
To provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO while also offering structured administrative support to the Human Resources function. The role priorities the needs of the CEO, while ensuring timely and organized assistance to HR as assigned. The position requires a proactive, organized, and personable individual who can manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Bachelorâs degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of HR administrative processes is an added advantage and professional speaking style.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience needed
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Experience supporting senior management is an added advantage
- Bachelorâs degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
