The teachers will deliver quality education in science subjects, prepare students for national examinations, and support the school's academic excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Science subjects (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics).
- Assess and evaluate student progress and performance through examinations and continuous assessments.
- Prepare students for national examinations (KCSE).
- Maintain accurate student records, reports, and documentation.
- Participate in co-curricular and school activities.
- Support the school's academic and holistic development goals.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to enhance student learning.
- Stay updated on curriculum changes and teaching methodologies.
Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Education (Science) or a related field.
- TSC registration is an added advantage.
- Minimum of three (3) years' relevant teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Kenyan secondary school curriculum.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and professional skills.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
