JOB DETAILS:
The Savings Area Manager responsible for monitoring and actively participating in the progressive growth of savings in the respective branches he/she is supervising.
He/She will be designing and implementing the best strategy for the branch (es) and is his/her responsibility to mobilize savings and achieve the monthly target(s).
Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Directly responsible for increasing the savings volumes and numbers and achieving the branch(es) targets.
2. Monitoring and analyzing the daily savings results of the branch(es) and preparing the weekly/monthly action plans
3. Organizing and implementing the monthly savings promotion activities/financial education /social events in accordance with the Savings Department strategy.
4. Suggesting specific or particular savings promotion activities according to the area.
5. Together with the Branch Manager(s), planning and visiting the important customers in the area, the list of all big potential Savers.
6. Assisting and training the branch(es) staff on savings products knowledge and communicating any changes on savings products features and procedures.
7. Preparing the action plans to reach Top Savers of the branch(es) according to Head Office instructions.
8. Managing customers’ complaints regarding savings at branch level and addressing them accordingly to the respective Departments at Head Office.
9. Reporting and providing feedback for every savings promotion activity to the Branch Manager, Regional Manager and to the Savings Manager.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other business related field. 3years’ experience in Savings Mobilization and Sales and Marketing in a Financial institution
