About Organisation:

The Intelligent Transport Monitoring System (ITMS) is more than just a project, it is a commitment to transforming Uganda’s road safety and traffic management. Founded in 2019 through a partnership between Joint Stock Company Global Security and the Government of Uganda, ITMS has rapidly grown into a comprehensive national initiative aimed at addressing the country’s evolving security and transportation needs.

Job Summary: The role involves designing and implementing employee training programs, identifying skill gaps, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver effective training programs.
Assess training needs across the organization and measure the outcomes of training initiatives.
Maintain and manage up-to-date employee development records.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Successful implementation of training plans.
Improved employee performance metrics.
High engagement and participation in learning initiatives.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in learning and development.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
