Sales Support Representative job at Nova Chicks

JOB OVERVIEW

Support and drive sales performance at Agro-Vet shops nationwide through outlet engagement, product training, stock coordination and customer relationship management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Outlet Performance Boosting: Audit and optimize sales strategies at regional Agro-Vet shops.
• Technical Product Support: Train outlet staff and farmers on the Nutrinova product portfolio.
• Stock & Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels to ensure availability and proper merchandising.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client and distributor relationships.
• Market Intelligence: Collect feedback on competitor pricing, market trends and product performance.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Animal Production, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Agribusiness or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ proven sales or technical support experience in the agricultural or veterinary sector.
• Fluency in English and Swahili;
• knowledge of other local languages (e.g. Luganda, Runyakitara, Luo or Ateso) is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time to upcountry districts.
